Abstract

In recent years, they have increasingly explored genetic research on microsatellites as well as animal research. STR is from several to several times one set of two to six nucleotides alone in the genome. On the basis of the analysis of the extension of tandem repeats, individual use can be applied, together with the relationship between the results (confirmation of the pedigree in animals), study the genetic determinants of diseases, allow the construction of detailed maps. Microsatellite marker testing methods are simple, fast and help to perform multiplex PCR reactions with the detection of fluorescently labelled primers and electrophoretic separation using capillary electrophoresis. In the genome of both humans and animals, dinucleotides are the most numerous, but the analysis of such markers is not recommended by the International Association of Forensic Genetics. The ISFG recommends the use of tetranucleotide repeats for testing. In any case, the repeat of tetranucleotides is their better electrophoretic section, and thus a better and more detailed precise identification of individual alleles and a lower rule of accounting for artifacts caused by errors during replication. For this reason, the use of tetranucleotide repeats has greater evidential strength than dinucleotide repeats. When examining such markers, the value of which is particularly high.
