Abstract
The development of sustainable agriculture requires innovative technologies that reduce the use of mineral fertilizers. One promising approach is the production of biofertilizers containing microbiological components that support plant growth. This poster presents the technology of producing granulated fertilizers enriched with beneficial microorganisms, focusing on technical and technological aspects that preserve microbiological activity. The production process involves granulate coating and cooling while maintaining optimal conditions to ensure the viability of microbial components. The technology avoids high temperatures and pressures, which could negatively impact microbial activity. The cooling process of the granulate is conducted in a rotary drum, utilizing air as the cooling medium. Proper selection of air temperature and humidity parameters during the cooling process is crucial to maintaining the quality of the final product. The use of air cooling in a rotary drum has shown effective temperature regulation, preserving the bioactivity of the granulated product. The proposed methodology demonstrates improved production efficiency and maintains microbiological integrity. The presented production technology of granulated biofertilizers offers economic and technological advantages. Maintaining the biological activity of the microorganisms while achieving efficient cooling contributes to the development of more sustainable agricultural practices.
