Benefits of using microbiological fertilizer products in modern agriculture

Abstract
The use of microbial fertilizers in modern agriculture offers numerous benefits, contributing to sustainable agricultural practices and improved plant quality. Research on the use of biofertilizers based on beneficial soil microorganisms is part of the mainstream of global scientific work on the implementation of innovative technologies for sustainable agriculture. Therefore, an important topic is the development of innovative microbiologically enriched biofertilizers and the assessment of the effects of their use in microbiological stimulation of plant growth and yield. Consortiums of beneficial microorganisms are already used in the production of horticultural and nursery material. They constitute a good basis for further research and development work on microbiological methods of plant fertilization in sustainable plant production. The research hypothesis assumes that the use of new enriched fertilizer products microbiological tests on test plants will allow the level of mineral fertilization to be reduced by at least 25%. The positive impact received is also assumed products on the yield and quality parameters of test plants. The project produced prototypes of innovative mineral fertilizers enriched with microbial consortiums applied in oil suspension in the form of a lyophilized product. As part of the assessment of the effectiveness of new fertilizers in relation to standard mineral fertilization, field experiments were carried out with crop plants (winter wheat, winter rapeseed) in terms of the impact of innovative fertilizer products on plant yielding, chemical composition and their quality parameters. The planned experimental plots with an area of 30 m2 include 13 research objects carried out in three repetitions for winter wheat and winter rapeseed. The concept of research and implementation works includes: Preparation of a pilot batch of microbiologically enriched mineral fertilizers. Testing fertilizers in field experiments to compare their effect at different doses (optimal, reduced by 25%) on test plants. The development of effective and safe biofertilizers will be of great importance in the future for protecting the natural environment in accordance with the principles of sustainable agriculture. The most important of them are better soil health, increased availability of nutrients, biological pest control, stronger plant growth, natural environment preservation resistance to abiotic stress, reducing the costs of plant production.
